EFFECTIVE BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

* business communication process (business communication in different business situations, methods and routes of business communication, effectiveness of business communication)
* written business documentation (methods of writing business letters and business reports)
* group communication (verbal and non-verbal communication, group rules, characteristcs of effective groups, successful meetings)
* visual aids in business communication (types of visual aids, flow and organisational charts in business communication)
Both companies and individuals can access to this trainig course through a new system of grants and subventions given by Fundación Tripartita (former FORCEM). The company itself finances the training course through bonification in Social Security to finance the company’s outgoing training programs, as stated in the Orden Ministerial TAS/500/2004.
This system allowes the access to the training subventions in the simple form (online).


Students can complete their training with the language courses:

ENGLISH, CATALAN, FRENCH, GERMAN, ITALIAN, PORTUGUESE FROM BRAZIL, RUSSIAN, CHINESE, JAPANESE, KOREAN AND ARABIC
